Micropayment GmbH, based in Berlin and with its own data center, is a full-service provider that offers its customers everything from a single source, from the implementation of the software and the technical processing of payment transactions to meaningful analyses and statistics. We deliberately do not keep plants in stock. As soon as you place an order, we will order the plants fresh from the growers. The grower will use his expertise to determine on what day we can receive the plants in the best possible condition. As soon as we have the plants in our possession, they are sent on the same day via our distributor for the fastest possible delivery. If you place an order after Friday 2 p.m., we will only order the plants fresh from our growers on Monday in order to continue assuring you of high quality.
Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons. But perishable products, such as plants, are excluded from this right. That is why our general conditions state: 'Our fresh products can not be returned because they quickly spoil or age.
Is there something wrong with your product, or do you have a complaint about the delivery? Please contact our Customer Service. We will check whether returns and refunds are possible. Did you order a non-perishable product, for example an ornamental pot without a plant? Then you have the right to return this within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. For this you must use a sturdy cardboard shipping box and (if reasonably possible) the original packaging. We therefore advise you to carefully open our shipping box and the original packaging so that you can use it if necessary to return the order.
The costs for returning are in principle for the customer. finca.garden will however pay back the shipping costs when it the return is due to our fault.
